WOW!! I have actually done this exact same thing. Pumping gas. outdoor ATM's fast food drive thru's, Yes done it all and I was never ashamed to hide my twig and berries!!

a Joe_Blue : Yeah...! And why didn't he stay there long enough to pay for what he walked out with. I've done this 25 times or so in various companies of convenience stores during overnight hours between 1994 and 2011. One night the deli area was still open in one store so I asked the attendants if they could make me an American hoagie with some of the fixins as well. They obliged. All in all I was in that store for more than 10 minutes while buying more than $20 dollars worth of hoagie, and soda, and a big bag of Fritos corn chips, and a local newspaper (I lived more than 300 miles from where this store was located).
